With over 18 yrs Commercial\Residential Property Manangement, Repair, Maintenance and Hands on Remodel Project Manager in the Puget Sound Region. We maintain a 100% Transparent Operation that differs from others and prides itself in our " Client Control Project System"

Every detail of your Project from material quality and cost comparisons by vendor. All individual tasks have timeline\ cost work sheets, projected proposals and tasks are managed daily showing budgeted vs. actual cost to date and placed on a share drive for your viewing.
Very Flexible scheduling.You tell us who , what , when, where and how much involvement you would like . I am available 24/7 and guarantee workmanship for 2 full years after completion of project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For the safety of all parties R.P.M strictly follows C.D.C , Local and Federally mandated guidelines to meet and exceed proper soial distancing .
First we schedule an introductory video meet and greet to get acquainted. We then discuss the general scope of the project . (ie client invovlvement, formal plans, timeline ,permits, special needs etc). We then compare notes and schedule a physical meeting on site to provide a proposal . During this time we maintain an open dialogue with our clients to ensure accuracy and to confirm initial or new meeting notes or questions that that may arise.
Our goal is to provide a general proposal with 72 hrs. Upn acceptance we schedule a physical on site meeting to fine tune the project. At this time we introduce any additonal team members that will be assgined to the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a hands on Project Manager and Sub Contractor. I have worked for other contractors in the past and all my training has been OJT with seasoned General or specialty contractors.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
All pricing is current market pricing materials comparing 3 or 4 vendors. I do not up charge for materials. My final costs are materials and labor hours. whisch is part of my Open file transparency .
How did you get started in this business?
I come from a large family and my father built a couple additions to homes we had. Being the baby boy where Dad went I was right behind.
As an adult I actually lived in an apartment copmplex and the manager was my friend. she had an emergency plumbing situation on a week end and could not reach her regular maintenance man. It was a leaking valve that ruined drywall and flooring. I stopped the leak and did the drywall demo to begin drying process.
Not to long after that I actually the property owner upgraded 2 complexes totaling 164 units with complete upgrades from drywall repair , electrical and plumbing. All new fixtures associated to include appliances.
My friend left the company and I became Property manager and Project manager for the company.
