What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well to start, I need to know if this is going to be a full repaint from walls, ceilings, trim or just certain aspects of that. Then ask if the house is going to be occupied or not.
The biggest thing, though, is the budget. I try to be extremely flexible and do my best to stay in or under their budget so knowing that from the very start is helpful
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have about four years of experience, and my partner has about 15
How did you get started in this business?
A few years ago, I didn't know what I wanted to do so I got a job with a friend painting company and ever since then I have really loved it
