What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Scheduling an initial meet-and-greet is required before any services will be booked. We charge $35 for our staff to come to your home and meet with you and your pets. A service contract will then be discussed and agreed upon and signed. At that point customers will be able to book appointments for services through books booksby.
