What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone consultation. If pricing can be provided by phone we will do so. If not, we will need an in person estimate. There may or may not be a charge for the inspection, this is dependent on pest details. Once a solution is outlined and price is agreed, we complete service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the industry for over 10 years. We regularly attend trade events and industry trainings. We are licensed bonded and insured and all service is done in writing.

How did you get started in this business?
I worked for a competitor and wanted to do more to help customers solve the problem and not put a bandaid over it.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types, residential, commercial, property managers, real estate agents, insurance companies, by far our most common customer is the homeowner who has an investment they want to protect.

My daughter turned 3. :)
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Don’t go solely on price. Realize that there are different levels of pest control Contractor’s with different perspectives. Try to understand what is being proposed and why.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Size of house, type of pest problem, impact on health of family and on property/investment, impact of various solutions. Think about what the end result you are looking for is and talk to us about whether it’s attainable.
