What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My name is Kevin Miller I am the owner of the company first of all what we do is we explain to the customers how things work first of all we will go and look at your items and give you a price above proximately what it would cost to do your job he's job is hourly except if it goes out of state of Washington we go over all the paperwork with a customer and then we wrap all the furniture individually and loaded onto our truck driving to the new destination take it into the residence or business and unwrap it and put it where they need it
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been the owner and operator of KLM Movers since I have been 20 years old I have done this my whole life and have learned from other people and thought other people what I have learned I have learned from my mistakes in the past witch gives me the ability to not make the same mistakes again
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
The pricing system is as follows each job is done on hourly rate of 125 per hour this includes two men the truck and all the equipment if there is packing involved that will be extra the packing involved depends on price of how many boxes we pack and what size that we us
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they are licensed and insured by the state that they work in make sure that they have permits to operate otherwise you may not be covered to protect yourself there are a lot of gypsy movers out there
