What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
We encourage our clients to dream big! Start out with a wish list. Then, pare that list down based on your budget and your priorities. We recommend that clients think ahead. Before choosing something that is currenty "trendy", imagine how you might feel about it in 10 years, once the trends have shifted. Also, consider how your choices could impact the resale value of your home. Small adjustments can make a big difference.
