Going thru the training gives you the basics of what to look for. Having a lifetime of construction experience gives me the ability to see the problem, and know why. I have 35 years of hands on experience in construction. Remodel, new construction and commercial. I have also flipped many homes.

On top of that, I have received the same training and past the same tests as every other inspector to become licensed by the state of Washington.

Size, age and location all affect the price. As a rule, houses are $350-$450, and condos are $265-$300
