About
I take pride in having a locally owned, and small business. I pay for all my employees to be CPR and First Aide Certified. I do ALL initial meet and greets, this allows me to introduce myself and the company. Then after that we take the time to match you up to the perfect pet care provider. And I also do services, so it may be me! My rates are affordable as this is just a company I created because of my love for animals.
I have a passion for making the clients feel comfortable and know that their pets are in good hands!
I perform background checks on all my employees and follow up background checks yearily. I check in with my employees AND my clients to make sure services are going as expected from you, the client.
We have provided service from Marysville to Bellevue, Mukeltio to Green Lake... we go near and far, and above and beyond!
I enjoy all the different experiences and types of pets I encounter. I actually have one client that has urban farm animals (ducks, goats, pigs, kittens, and more). I also have another client that has a bearded dragon. I get to learn about so many pets, and also provide care to animals while their parents are away!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I, as the owner, like to take the time to personally meet any potential clients and their pets. This gives me a chance to introduce not only me but my company!
At this time, I get to see the enviroment, the pets and any other factors that might help determine whom is best to connect the client with for a meet and greet as a provider.
I do everything electronically. I save all forms, contracts and any other paperwork on the clients file, and I also do invoicing over the internet.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Myself and all employees have experience with administrating medications (pills and injections). We are also CPR and First Aide certified.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I do. I have a base price, but typically if there is multiple services we offer discounts. I like to present my company and prove our worth, then talk rates!
How did you get started in this business?
I actually watched friends and family members pets for free all the time. We adopted a baby girl, and I chose to be the stay at home dad. But sitting around the house became boring and I needed out... so I decided to see if it would go anywhere. Now three years later I have 250 + clients and am loving it!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with low and high income clients.
Clients that want constant hands on updates, and some that say "no news is good news"
Some of our clients are just getting a puppy. We help with leash walking, and simple training.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
One of my first clients called me in a panic because they adopted a Labadoodle puppy, and they had no idea what to do while they were at work.
I went over and did a meet and greet. I gave them advice on kenneling, walking, training etc... I used my experience and they instantly hired me for Monday-Wednesday-Friday dog walks. I took care of that puppy for 2 years, until the clients moved cross country.
I still to this day keep in touch with the owners, and get cards from the dog!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
ASK FOR REFERENCES. Not reviews. I would want my potential clients to have the availabilty to talk to a current or past client. They have a right to ask any questions, not just read what someone wrote!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What are my needs?
How often do I need services? Is this as needed or routine?
What does the pet sitters schedule look like?
What if my primary pet sitting can't make it to my service, or has an emergency?
I now know the rates, what justifies those rates?
