Beeing paid what I'm worth and working in a non toxic residential environment instead of a toxic extremely dangerous Truck or shipping yard. I am a certified welder custom fitter and parts fabricator who worked for Tug and Barge companies maintaining and performing maintenance and restoring Marine shipping vehicles(boats,Barges,forklifts,cranes) Generator sets and cargo containers for the past 10 years until 2018 when I started working for Fractal Restiration and other kitchen and bathroom restoration/REMODELING COMPANIES. I really enjoy fixing and helping people in or around where my daughter goes to school at BROADVIEW Elementary gooooooo BULLDOGS!×!!!!!!×!!!!!!!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk on the phone and set a time to view the project the customer wants completed and I give them an estimate then if the price is agreed upon based on the material costs and my 54.99$ an hour with a 2 hour minimum. For larger projects I ask for a 3rd or half down plus material costs depending on what it entails then if I can buy the materials locally I start work that following or same day.
