What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact we will schedule a convenient time to come to the customers home or business and meet with them. We will listen to the customer about the project goals and discuss in depth what is required. We will make suggestions, take measurements, possibly photos and gather all information neccisary to provide a complete cost estimate. This service is at no charge and there is never any pressure.
