Professionalism, quality, value. Cully was able to identify possible problems, completed additional work that he noticed needed to be done, but was not in the scope of work and did not charge anything for it. The crew was polite, and hard-working. I paid the exact amount that was proposed and the project was completed in the time frame that was promised. Highly recommend prestige gardens

Nothing. Cully took money and never brought trees and didn’t complete ditch for trees coming. We lost shirts. He had a bad car, water heat, got flu, hospital, and finally heart attack .... I don’t care any more about getting half our money back. I never want to see or hear from him again. He’s dishonest and he cheated us. There have been many complaints about this exact behavior in Arlington and granite area. On yelp.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After receiving a request for a free estimate, I meet with the prospective client and discuss the project they have in mind. Then I draw a sketch with their ideas in mind and a few of mine as well, which I email along with a itemized proposal and material information sheets. If everything in s agreed, we begin the project and Bam! A brand new beautiful landscape is complete and it's time for a walk through. I always strive to leave the home owner extremely satisfied.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I was fortunate enough to have began my landscaping career with one of the most prestigeous companies in the mid west. Perfection and quality of every single step of construction was the focus of my training. I ran extremely large and challenging commercial and elite residential projects for many years before starting my own company. I also completed a landscape certificaiton program called "CLT" for hardscape, softscape and irrigation and received certificates of completion.

I do have a standard pricing system that i base my proposals off of, although with so many variables with every project, pricing can and will differ from project to project.
