Hand In Hand LLC
About
Offering quality craftsmanship at affordable prices for all your home remodeling and repair needs. Fell confident that if you hire us, a qualified person will be overseeing your project from start to finish. As a previous home inspector it was my job to find remodel and repairs that had that had been done incorrectly. I was always surprised and wondered why I so often would hear: That was done by a contractor when pointing out something that had be done incorrectly and was in need of repair. That is until I became a general contractor myself and soon found out that Washington state has no requirements whatsoever to become a contractor and start working on people's homes. As a home inspector I have had schooling, infield training in how to spot all the thing other contractors do to cut corners and simply do things wrong. So hire us and rest assured there will NEVER be corners cut, I also have extensive home remodeling and repair experience and have built my own home.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Setup a meeting with the customer at the job location to discuss the project with customer. find and discuss with the customer possible hidden costs. Submit a bid to the customer usually within 24 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have extensive training and experience in home remodeling and repair. I was shocked and disappointed to find that in Washington there are no requirements to become a contractor, no schooling required, no in field training required, not even a state competency test required to at least verify that you have the basic knowledge of how to build and repair a home PROPERLY. Rest assured if you hire me you will be hiring a trained and experienced professional. I was previously a licensed home inspector, I have been through schooling and in field training in how a home is supposed to be built and how to spot problems and areas of concern. As home inspector I would point out home repairs that were not done correctly on a daily basis and constantly would hear what do mean, i hired a licensed contractor to do that. After becoming a general contractor myself it all made since as our state requirements to allow someone to come into your home and do repairs, remodels or even completely build you a new home are seriously flawed. I have been remodeling homes since I was a teen and have done almost everything there is to do as far as home remodeling, repairs or even building a new home all together. I have even designed and built my own home from the ground up. Rest assured if you hire us you are hiring a trained and experienced professional. I will personally be overseeing or doing every portion of your remodel or repair.
