Brian is an EXTREMELY efficient and knowledgeable Handyman !! I contacted him due to, what I believed, to be EXCESSIVE bids from Plumbing Contractors !! I chatted with him for a short time, indicated that I had located and purchased the replacement parts and he provided me a SOLID quote, less than HALF that of the other contractors !! He emailed me a Confirmation of our discussion and agreements and indicated that the Job would require approximately ONE hour and for me to contact him when I would have some available time for him to perform my repair !! Being Retired, I called him back and said I could be available like ANY time !! We agreed on the following afternoon, as I recall, he arrived RIGHT on schedule, performed my requested repairs in LESS than the hour he estimated and I paid him our contracted amount !! During his work, he explained to me exactly what and why he was doing things and upon completion CLEANED up the area appropriately !! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and WILL be calling him back myself for bids regarding future repair and/or installation work !!
