What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically we like to have eyes on the issue to better provide our customers with the most accurate estimate for work to be done. We charge a small $29 + dispatch fee for our Plumbers to come out and take a look. We are prepared to do the work same day. If you choose us to do the work, we waive the dispatch fee by applying it to the bill.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Licensed Journyman Plumber. Residential, Commercial, Repair, Remodel & New Plumbing

18 years experience in plumbing. There is nothing we can't do!

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

We charge differently depending on the job. Because of this we do not charge an hourly rate. Our plumbers first need to get eyes on the issue and at that time can make a customized estimate to talk over with the customer before continuing with any work.
