As every job is different, I give an estimate that both the customer and I sign off on and depending on the job and detail involved, labor, materials, and waste is all taken into consideration to determine the total price of the job.

I love hands on work and back when I was in school I took a thechnical education class called building trades and I feel in love with this field. In my eyes nothing is more satisfying then a job well done and every job is a job well done.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The job I just completed today. The customer was overwhelmed with anxiety from there bathroom remodel. I met with them, came up with a plan, discussed it over with the customer. I completed the job and they were so happy they did not have to worry about the issue anymore. I finished the job and they were so excited to have there bathroom back to normal and how it turned out. They complimented me to the point where it felt good to know that they trusted me with the job and how happy it made them and the experience they had. Another job well done.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask questions, no question is a wrong question. Are they fully insured? Do they have any references? Do they have any pictures of previous work you can show me?
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Depending on the job remodeling can get pricey so budget the job, make sure you have finances set aside for the project. Have a sense of what will be done. Are they credible. Always have a back up plan.
