    alan nixon the sales rep was honest and forthright. he gave me options. his quote was higher than some and less than others but I felt confident he knew what he was talking about and was guiding me as he would his own property. The installer Marvin was hard working energetic and confident. He accidentally broke a sprinkler pipe under the house and he let me know right away and fixed it right then. When another pipe broke he was not able to repair it the same day but his manager came out in a day ar two and repaired it professionally. They removed an old moisture barrier and wet insulation. replaced the barrier, sealed vents, put in new insulation and a dehumidifier. It is like a new environment under my house and the odor and moisture and mold problems I was seeing and smelling are gone. I already passed accel name and number to a coworker.


What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to do an inspection so that we are able to give you a proper estiamte of costs as well as the proper service that you need. Not all pest problems are the same.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a Certified applicator in the State of Virginia, to make sure your home is treated properly protecting you and your family from pests.

Because all pest problems as well as homes differ so does the costs. We do not want to charge you for things that just are not necessary for your unique problems

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Know how much experience the technician has that will be servicing and inspecting your home. It doesn't matter if a manager that you never see knows, it matters that the technician servicing your home. You should also get an idea from the first phone call experience if thats the company for you.
