Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss what kind of pest control problem they're having and what I can do with estimated cost or actual. I have been seen many problems and in most cases don't need to do an inspection. While I reopen in 2016, I'm a USAF trained Entomology Specialist (1976) and decades of experience.

How did you get started in this business?
I spent years as a computer operator in the U. S Air Force and had chance to attend an Air Force Technical School and CDC for Entomology. I have always love bugs and wanted to learn more about. Talk with the actual pro that's going to do the work if you can. If they can't explain the process in details that make sense to you, try someone that can.

Do I really need professional help and what does it cost to solve my pest problem now and prevent future problems.
