All Around Home Air is a locally owned HVAC company founded in 2010 and based in Hanover County, Virginia, serving Central Virginia from Richmond to Charlottesville. Contractor and owner Jaunsee Terrell personally schedules each job and works with an experienced technician, Chris. The team provides maintenance, repair, replacement, and installation for air conditioning, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, gas furnaces, water heaters, smart thermostats, and indoor air quality systems for homes and businesses.
Service calls are $125 and include a full diagnosis; maintenance tune-ups are $105. Bi-annual preventative maintenance offers priority service with no overtime charges and starts at $17.50 per month. For replacements, customers receive detailed estimates outlining SEER options, make and model specifications, features, pricing, and financing choices. Financing is available through Wisetack and Synchrony. Typical warranties include a free 10-year parts warranty, a 1-year labor warranty plus a 50/50 labor warranty for four additional years, with select Champion systems eligible for an extended 10-year manufacturer’s parts and labor warranty.
Digital invoices are sent via email or text, and payments are accepted via online click-to-pay, Zelle, ACH, check, or credit card. Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
