Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a customer is quoted a price for services. Once they sign the contract, an appointment will be scheduled where a technician will sit down with the customer and go over a Welcome Sheet to ensure the customer knows what they are getting with their service. After this, the technician will complete a full interior and exterior initial service. Once that service is complete, the customer will begin their regular service cycle.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have two Commerically Certified Applicators on staff. All of our technician are certified and registered with the state of Virginia. Each technician and applicator go through continued education credits approved by the state to keep their license current. Commercial appliators are responsible for training our certified technicians.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our prices vary based on customer needs, home size and pest activity.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all kinds of customers. We have worked with residental, commerical, government, military, multi-family homes, apartments, local government, schools and hospitals. Whatever your needs are we can create a treatment plan to fit them.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
We recommend that you verify any pest control company uses only properly licensed technicians and adheres properly to product labels. Ensure that your pest company puts customer safety first in any kind of treatment plan.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Would a one time treatment solve the issues? What service frequency is needed to control pests in and around home? Are the methods used by technicans the most relevent to solving the pest issues? What preparation is needed before beginning service? What environmental changes would I, the customer, be responsible for?
