What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process in beginning a new project is to start with a 10-15 minute phone conversation with the potential client, this helps me get a clear understanding on exactly what it is that they’d like done and how we're going to get there. I also offer a complimentary in-person estimate to each and every one of my prospective clients in order to ensure a good fit. If either one of us finds I am not the right expert for you, I will do my utmost to find a trusted colleague who may be.
