Borderline has been my small business since 2005. I ONLY EXIST because the larger companies will not respond to residential homeowners. I constantly hear from Clients how their project was "put off" or "rescheduled" for weeks later again and again. Larger companies consider the jobs too small.🙋🏽♂️ I love my job and I know for a fact that my service is faster, more detailed and hundreds of dollars less.
I enjoy Clients rediscovering their own property. I do not GIVE or TAKE AWAY, I only physically show what you've always owned and paid taxes on according to your certified Plat. Most Homeowners consider the "Mow Line" their property or go by "what the Realtor said." 90% of the time I give them back an area their neighbor has claimed in some way. It's interesting to me and I enjoy figuring out each puzzle.

A McLean Homeowner had built a pool 12ft over the Property Line, encroaching onto/ using my Clients property! Unbeknownst to either party at the time.. I was there to stake the entire property which was 5 Acres and discovered a 1/4 Acre being used by all his neighbors kids.
