We care about trees. Whether it is a tree coming down, or a delicate prune, we make sure each cut is done in a matter that is conducive to the trees nature. The tree service industry is quickly changing and is unregulated, making our above attributes desirable when choosing a tree service.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call, email, or sms message initiates an immediate response from us. We schedule a time to come give a free on site evaluation of your trees and a written estimate. We then work with you to reach a price that is fair for everyone involved. Our job is not done and we do not expect payment until you are satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
14 yrs. on job exp. Participants of B.B.B., T.C.I.A., and I.S.A., the later two specific to the tree care industry.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Each tree is different in regards to its species, size, condition, and location requiring specific pricing. Multiple tree discounts are given , however, as well as senior, military, and seasonal specials.
How did you get started in this business?
With nature in our hearts, we grew up in the country surrounded by large trees.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Va. Dept. Game and Inland Fisheries, Wal Mart, City of Roanoke, and our beloved residents of Lynchburg, Bedford, and surroubding countys, invluding S.M.L.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you are speaking to a person who knows the ins and outs of tree service work. Someone who values tgeir work more than the money that they can make off of you. The tree service industry is not regulated.
