First and foremost, they were professionals. They knew what the job entailed and did it. They were personable and easy to work with, AND they did a good job of cleaning up afterward. We would welcome them into our home again for any future jobs.

I thought James and Allen were very friendly, professional and willing to listen to the problem to get it corrected.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Talk to the customer . Determine the problem the customer is having . Come up with a plan to resolve or fix the problem . Will give an upfront no hassle estimate on most jobs . No hidden fees !!!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have  20+ years of commercial / residential plumbing and handyman service

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

We do have a few items with standard pricing system . We will explain everything up front . There will be some exceptions for extra parts not included . For example , if a customer supplied a Kitchen faucet ( standard ) . Our typical cost for removal and installation for this job is $195.00 . If we have to repair or place the supply lines or valves to the faucet , this cost would not be included.

How did you get started in this business?

We started out working our way up through the professional trades field . We learned from some of the best in the industry .

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

I recommend checking prices . Make sure you are comparing apples to apples . You might get a cheaper estimate but this is usually going to have lower quality parts . Cheaper is not always better if it’s not going to last !!!

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Come up with a plan before hand .For example,  If you are looking to have a remodel kitchen or bathroom project , you should have a rough draft of designs or ideas that are important to you . This will help you and the contractor come of with a final product that you will be happy with and love for years to come .
