What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After introducing ourselves, we ask to be shown the problem and gather all data needed to prepare a quote with all the possible details. We explain the client what we think the best solution is and why we feel this or that tool would be better...The quote comes with the price for the tool of choice! After acceptance, we prepare the setting and perform the service to the best of our ability...We record a video inspection of the final state of the pipe after cleaning...That is our guarantee that the job was done well!!! After turning all documentation to the client, we gwt paid and we offer a 10% discount on the next call he might need us for...Job complete!!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each tech gets trained for a hole year - full time- With a tenure crew leader tech...until management feels he is ready to become a crew leader.
He will then take on solo jobs as the “on call” crew with the help of the most tenure trainee...As he proves himself ready, he will participate in the rotation by substituting a crew leader on vacation.
Finally when management is done investing on the equipment for a new crew, he will take over.

We have a standard pricing for every service activity we may perform at a clients home or business...But we do not advertise the price list and only the general manager will give prices over the phone depending on the caller circumstance. What we strive to do is to get our crews to your place to analyze your problem and give you a proposed solution with it’s price...all that for free and no obligation for you!
It’s at the end a lot better for the client to do it this way because we are quoting a real potential solution and not giving prices blindly by not being there!
