When working with a new customer, we take pride in giving the customer a piece of mind by explaining the biology of the Pest and explain how we will solve the problem.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a professional with over 20 years in the industry. On the job experience defines knowledge. But we have continuous education through the Virginia Department of Agriculture (VDA).

How did you get started in this business?
I got started by applying for a sales position in the Pest control industry. I believe that protecting the environment from nuisance Pest while being passionate about eradicating them would promote success.

Pest do not pick, choose or discriminate. And I work with them All.

I am completely fond of a program I can recommend and you the customer become a satisfied and loyal subscriber.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The best advise is to hire a pro like myself who is thorough and willing to listen and bond with the customer.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The customer should think about any strange activity in their home that could warrant any suspicion of pest.
