If you are interested in building a custom home with Middleburg Associates, we will build the house for you at our discounted 'builder cost' + 10%. For example, if you decide to add a pool, a sauna or elevator... Middleburg Associates will build that with the home at our cost + 10%. You will learn that most builder's will not share their invoices & will charge you up to 50% more to install these items. We are honest and upfront from the begining & throughout the time you live in your home. We can also provide excellent references upon request!
