About
I am all about building long lasting, honest relationships with my clients. I want to give the best service possible to put you at ease with the assurance that you are entrusting your home to the hands of a true professional.
The problem solving is my favorite part of the actual hands portion, but most of all I like meeting new customers. Often times I learn new while on the job be ot about a new culture language or your name it.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by giving them an overview of the new customer proccess. Then I build their account in my database. This allows me to keep track of the history of their calls to TruCraft. First added in the account is the issue in which they are calling me regarding and the needed repair.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the Plumber Local #5 Apprenticeship Program in 2014. Here I spent 7 years both in the field as well as in the classroom perfecting my craft. I spent almost all seven years in new construction. This is a definite benefit to my clients since it gives me an upperhand on troubleshooting systems without putting pointless and unsitley holes in their walls just by knowing typical pipe routing used in the building process.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I use a flat rate pricing system for labor, parts are the only addition. This works put best for the customer especially if the job takes a longer than anticipated. The only possible increases would be do to parts cost for the job.
