I usually like to meet with customers and quote the job so it's accurate and the project or issue doesn't have to be rushed because of some hourly time

I fond of the fact that I can say I keep my word to my customers and build trust with them so they know they have someone to count on when an issue shows it's face

Go with what you feel is best for you people you hire usually will let you know in a short period of time weather they will live up to what they say there gonna do
