We have done work with DC water,and many big outfits in DC, MD, VA. Areas .. almost all the malls, many churches, schools, condos, the list goes on. Residential, Commercial, Municipal, institutional, road work and utilities, trenchless sewer-water-gas lines. New, Renovations, Service Repairs. Nothing we don't or will not do.

Getting all their info correct as well as making them a long term customer. And educationing them to possibly delay or precent other issues that could have been prevented.

Been in the trade for so long and enjo th what we do . It just made sense.

Describe a recent project you are fond of.
DC federal courts water and fire mains and tied in to the 12" water mains in the street. The trench was 2" above metro tunnels water proof barrier. Was a challenge, very high end customer, and mosthe importantly was crucial to not penetrate water proof barrier or would flooded metro every time it rained.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Go with a company who has a diverse history, we'll educated and been around long enought to prove they will be around in the future to warranty their work.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What they need and or want. Think about what and why there doing it and will they be happy long term. It is your house . You want something that you can be happy with for a long time and a good value not expense.
