Since 2003, Frontline has performed nearly 1 million services for 65,000 customers. We have operated in 8 different states and have a lot of pest experience within the company. With a certified entomologist on staff, our technicians received top notch training from one of the best. We've always enjoyed interacting with home owners and for that reason, we primarily specialize in residential pest control. Our business has experienced steady and controlled growth since its inception and just recently in 2014, we made it on the top 100 list of top pest control companies. We strive to balance our efforts by not only focusing on sales and growth but also by focusing on the day-to-day operations that ensure a quality experience for our customers. Like every business, we've had to learn from our mistakes and successes. Our resolve to get it right has driven us to become the company that we are today and to continue to improve in the future.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to make our process as simple as possible. Giving us a call is the easiest way to get started. Once we have an idea of your needs, we will agree on a date and time and schedule an appointment for a service to be performed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are licensed by the state to apply our products. Our service manager is also a certified entomologist, which is a fancy way of saying he knows A LOT about bugs. Since he provides all the training to our technicians, you are in good hands.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing is typically based on the square footage of the home and the nature of the problem you are experiencing. For most pest needs, a quarterly maintenance service will yield the best long term results to address your needs.
How did you get started in this business?
Our business started with two partners who went door to door selling residential pest services in 2003. From there, Frontline has grown into one of the top 100 pest companies in the country. Despite our growth, we succesfully maintain great relations with our customers.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with home owners. We do not do any commercial locations but specialize in residential pest control.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
We would encourage you to understand what you are getting for the price you are paying. I would also encourage customers to lean towards a pest control program, since those usually come with guarantees and it ultimately yields the best long term results.
