Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first obtain basic information, perform an estimate, and then work on the job while keeping the customer up to date in every step of the way. With us, there is no guess work. You know exactly what is going on around your home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 20 years of experience and we are
(NATE) certified. When you have someone working on your HVAC system, you want to know that the individual has a thorough, working knowledge of these systems. NATE certifies technicians through written tests that HVAC industry experts write. These tests are designed to measure real-world understanding, not textbook fact recall, of the systems HVAC technician may need to work on. From oil furnaces to air conditioners, the testing is thorough and deep, ensuring that a technician who passes knows his or her stuff well.
Because technology and trends in the HVAC industry are constantly changing, NATE-certification lasts for five years. In order to get re-certified, technicians must complete 60 hours of continuing education or take the new, updated tests. This ensures that someone who carries NATE-certification has updated knowledge about the industry.
