I have even shown my clients how to do some of the work on thier own to save money. I am not in the business of spending my client's money, I much rather prefer to find ways to save them money. Even if it means they do not hire me.

Being able to make my client's wants and needs a reality. Espescially if I can get it done for less money than they were expecting.

    Isaac was very thorough with his bid / estimate not only with me but in dealing with my insurance company. I would give the finished product an A- which is excellent considering the difficulty of the project. The reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars was because I felt the job took longer than expected and use of mans hours was average at best. Overall my wife and I are happy with how everything looks and turned out. Thank you Isaac and Jeff !

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start by coming out for a free estimate. During this time I try to get as much background information for the project as I can, as well as, the clients needs and wants. This way we can provide as many options and/or alternative as possible. After the initial meeting I work up an estimate per the clients needs and email it for review. Depending on the size of the project there are occasions that I will have follow-up appointments to ensure everyone is on the same page. Once the estimate is finalized and approved we move on to getting the project on the calendar and set up a Contract Signing and Deposit.

We do not have a standard pricing system as every job is different. This allows us to taylor our work to our client's needs.

We have worked with all types of customers, from homeowners, renters and investors. 

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Ask a lot of questions. This is your project and you should make sure that you are comfortable with how it is going to be done. 

I never understood those contractors that were afraid of custmores that asked a lot of questions. I encourage it and you will see that I also ask alot of questions.
