What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
same as working with existing customers im going to give you a quality job at a fair price. I come to your home or place of business and look at the job and give you an estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed journeyman plumber through the state of Texas. I am a member of Plumber‘s Local 68 Union and also I’m an instructor that teaches Plumbing for the Houston area joint apprenticeship commission, and I am a veteran that spent 18 years as a Plumber in the Navy.
How did you get started in this business?
while serving in the US Navy Plumbing was my primary job on board the ship, and at my shore command

I have worked with all types of customers, mostly residential in some commercial
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that you get a clear understanding of what your problem is and what the plumber is going to do to correct it or try to correct it
