What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking what their needs are and working with them to come up with a solution that best fits their needs while keeping within their budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the Houston area for many years both for myself and under different companies when I was starting out. I was trained by master locksmiths who showed me the correct and ethical ways of doing things.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
There aren't really any standard prices because there are so many different factors that come in to play with all kinds of different locks and the way they have to be installed on different properties. I will work with the customers to make sure they feel satisfied with the work done at a price they feel is fair.

All different kinds. Being in Houston you come across all different kinds of people. We are here for all of our friends and neighbors.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Helping a lady who locked herself out of the house when her baby was still inside. I was able to get there within 10 minutes and get her door open with no damage done to her property. She hugged me and called me her hero.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Talk to them and make sure they are up front and honest with you. Will they work with you on the price or are they rude and just out to make a buck. Will they stand behind their work and take pride in the services they provide?
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask about the job and what it entails. Do you stand behind your work? What all devices do you provide. Will you be there if something goes wrong and I need you in an emergency situation?
