What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We evaluate the property with the customer to determine the needs and wants for the Fence project. (Free Estimate)
2. An estimate including itemized detail will be sent via email reflecting the quote amount within 6 hours.
3. We collect a 50% security deposit of the total job amount prior to scheduling.
4. Once the deposit is paid the customer will be scheduled for the installation process to begin on a convenient specified date.
5. When the entire job is complete a representative with Trinity Fence will walk through with the customer to assure quality and satisfaction.
6. Final payment of the remaining amount will be due within 24 hours of the job completion.

How did you get started in this business?
A friend who owns a landscape company asked me to help him build fences. I enjoyed the customer interaction and the installation process as well. In result I decided to start my own Fence Business.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently had a customer who had a fence installed by a handyman. This person used the wrong hardware and had very poor workmanship. We were able to come in and rebuild the fence with the existing material and new hardware to the customer's satisfaction!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that the pro you are hiring is educated completely on their profession. Also, verify the legitimacy of the business.
