Make sure the customer has a true understanding of what they want and make sure we let them know what needs to be done and assure them that we can do the job correctly and in a manageable time for the best price possible

I was helping in Lake Charles Louisiana with people that were affected by the storms and it was a great time helping them with no insurance and they really appreciated it
