I am a Certified professional Building Designer since 1974 - CPBD, FAIBD , TIBD in the American Institute of Building Design, and Texas Institute of Building Design. I design building design for residential and commercial projects. Designing New builds and remodeling projects. I have been designing for over over 45 years. I have won numerous state and national design awards. I am also a Texas Licensed Interior Designer. I draw in 3 D using the Chief Architect software. I love designing building design and pleasing my clients.

Frequently asked questions

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1) Appointment at my office or Site visit-take pictures, measurements, and consultation. Remodeling Projects need a site visit to give a proposed fee. $150-200 site visit plus .50 mile over 30 miles. Retainage fee to start project plans.

2) Design preliminary plans

3) Finish construction drawings (balance of fee to start construction drawings). Client review of finished construction drawings.
