Member-Owner Joe Montecinos; Responsible Master Plumber with 20 years experience in the plumbing trade. Experience encompasses commercial and residential construction and service repair. Backflow prevention assembly tester with 6 years of experience. Certified by Texas Commission of Environmental Quality. An Associate Degree in Liberal Arts, and an Associate Degree in Science-Biology.
My enjoyment is working with my hands and solving customers plumbing problems. Meeting new customers and the new experiences that come with it.

Twenty-one years plumbing experience in new construction for non-residential and residential plumbing. In addition, plumbing service for non-residential and residential plumbing systems.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
A standard service fee of $45.00 to show up at the customers location.
A flat rate charge for labor and materials, subject to the job details and material cost. If the job is secured for the agreed amount by the decision making customer of the property the service fee is waived. Payment is collected at the time of completion.
Also, for large job projects authorized signatures and a payment of half down on the cost of the job up front is required, with the remaining balance to be collected at the time of completion. (Examples of large job projects, water heater install, water softener install, remodels, and jobs over $900.00).
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in the plumbing business out of necessity, needing to develop a skill and steady income for my family. From that I established myself as a skilled professional and small business owner proudly serving my community.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The kind of customers I have worked with are Government contractors, commercial businesses, small business owners, and residential homeowners.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The advice I would give to a customer is to be vigilant and query the professional. There are a lot of plumbing contractors to choose from, all with different backgrounds and levels of experience. All plumbing contractors must be licensed and insured in the state of Texas, so do not be afraid to ask the contractor of their credentials.
