What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every home and situation is different. Because of this, we shy away from phone quotes. The ideal process is scheduling one of our licensed plumbers to go to your home for a free estimate. If you are satisfied with the quote, we can perform the repair at that time or schedule a time that works best with your schedule.We do all residential and small commercial plumbing work including all repairs, replacements, gas leaks, water leaks, water pressure, water heaters, softner systems, new additions and all other plumbing issues. We accept all forms of payment and even have no interest financing option w.a.c. Give us a call for more information and to schedule your appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have all licenses and insurances required by the State of Texas to operate as a qualified plumbing company. Our plumbers are licensed by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners which also requires annual continuing education courses. We are registered with the City of San Antonio, Schertz, Converse, Universal City, Fair Oaks Ranch, Alamo Heights, Floresville, and all other surrounding areas. If you need a permit pulled, have had your gas turned off by the city, give us a call. We know what to do.

Make sure you hire a licensed and insured company. There are many reasons why the state requires licensing and insurance. Many people try to save money by hiring a handy-man or such. If it pertains to plumbing, hire a professional and get it done right the first time. Plumbing can be expensive and more than you may think. If your quote seems higher than you thought it would be, get at least one more estimate to compare prices. We try to offer as competitive pricing as possible.
