We have a series of questions we use to establish where and what the customer concerns are. The questions also help identify the size of the home to be cared for. The questions also involve the area surrounding the customer as this is extremely important in our neck of the woods. If there are still too many questions left unanswered in order to establish a pricing scheme, an on-site visit with the customer is scheduled.
All of our service technicians are Certified Applicators. We have state requirements for continuing education which are enforced.
The pricing system is based upon the square footage of the home and the surrounding environment. It is a range and cannot be stated as cast in stone pricing until we lay eyes on the situation.
Our customers range from the local home owner to the distant landlord, from the commercial builder to the property manager and all those in between.
Our local charity is the Canyon Lake Animal Shelter Society. We take care of all their pest control needs free of charge. We also support our local Area Chamber of Commerce in their fund raising events.
If you aren't sure what you are looking for or need help with, ask a lot of questions. Make sure you understand what they intend to do and how. Then make sure they follow through with that committment.
