As a new Round Rock homeowner of a Crites family built swimming pool, I wanted to thank you and your organization for providing our home and family with an incredible place to relax and recreate. The design, details and finish work in and around the pool, spa and waterfall are magnificent and the focus of every visitor to our home. We tell folks that our backyard more closely resembles a postcard from a resort in the Caribbean. Texas pools and patios is the best. It was unbelievable! My pool was done in UNDER 30 days. It’s beautiful!!! The best part of the whole experience was the start up tech Jason! There were a few things that we were worried about in the beginning, but Jason took care of everything. He was patient and the most knowledgeable person through the whole process. He taught us how to care for and get the most use out of our pool. That guy can fix anything! And the “pool school” was so helpful. I have had my pool for 8 years and had the pleasure of dealing with Texas Pools and Patio’s service department for some much needed service and upgrades on my equipment. The service tech that came out (I believe his name was Jason) was very knowledgeable and professional. I have been wanting to convert to a salt pool but had been getting the run around from several companies. Jason took the time to talk with me and explain exactly what converting would entail. I knew exactly what I was getting and why it was necessary. Jason came by twice after everything was all said and done just to check in and make sure all my needs were met and questions answered. He even took his own time to show me how to get some of the stains off that I have had on my patio for years. I couldn’t be happier. I have the salt pool I have always wanted and my patio looks brand new. Thank you Texas Pools and Patios and a very special thanks to Jason in the service department.

Highly recommended. This was not an easy project. Texas pools and patio built the pool, BBQ area and dining area on the side of a cliff and had to cut the rock out by hand. Access was very restricted and close to neighbors. And to top it all I was out of town for most of the project. The result was outstanding and beyond expectations. I made some minor changes and all were incorporated with minimal costs. The neighbors were also happy. The quality of the workmanship, particularly the stone mason, was impressive. I would recommend them to my friends.

My wife and I would like to thank you for not only installing an awesome pool at a really good price but three years later coming out and quickly taking care of a major service issue we had totally unrelated to your company or the manufacturer. Your company and your technician went above and beyond to make us happy. A couple weeks ago, we surmise that a rubber pool tube had blown onto our pool pump. As the sun warmed the tube and the pump ran the tube melted and caught fire leaving the pump and several other components ruined and our pool out of service. We called your service department and Jason came out within a day or two and quoted a very reasonable price. Jason installed a new pump and replaced the melted PVC pipes that were damaged. He also cleaned a considerable amount of soot and melted rubber off the limestone walls of our house and pump enclosure. This was not included in the service but it was more than a pleasant surprise to learn I would not have to go out and do the scrubbing to get it off. I own a service business myself and I can honestly tell you have an awesome company and fantastic employees. We will continue to refer you to our friends.” Thanks for your hard work,

After interviewing and getting quotes from five other pool contractors, we settled on your company primarily because of your sales representative, Paul Schantz. We immediately felt comfortable with Paul because he didn’t focus on selling “any” pool to us but rather he concentrated on selling “the right” pool for our needs and price. We told him our budget and he was realistic with the possibilities. The pool he designed met our every need and we didn’t have to try to renegotiate the price or the amount we were willing to spend. We immediately respected Paul because of his honesty. When he didn’t know the answer to some of our questions about the pool equipment, he was honest enough to say he didn’t know and would research it and get back to us. He followed through on his promise. Finally, Paul took time to come out during the construction process to ensure the project was progressing as scheduled and as he designed. While we had every confidence in Paul, we were happy to learn that our assigned superintendent, Buzzy Barker, was just as committed to providing excellent customer service and a quality product as Paul was. Buzzy was professional, efficient, and friendly. He kept us informed on the various phases of construction and took his own personal time on the weekends to make sure the construction was progressing correctly and within the expected time frames. When our pool deck was completed, several rain storms washed debris onto it. After each storm, Buzzy made the extra effort to clean our deck because, as he put it, “we want our customers to be happy.” His attention to customer service was exceptional and my wife and I were grateful. Also, my wife and I were totally impressed with your customer service and the final product.
