Professional. Provided a contract before asking me for any deposit and that put my mind at ease. In the past, I provided a deposit to someone who never showed up after that payment. He did exactly what I asked and there was no hassle. I got a stunning porch and awning... Definitely 5stars.

Great Quality work easy to communicate with. He recommended lots of stuff to us in our remodeling of our kitchen. The work was so good we ended up having him build a workshop for us. I have recommended him to many friends and they have all been pleased as well. We have a working relationship now and I don’t call anyone else.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I follow a few procedures that not all other contractors do I quote out the client if they accept the quote. I provide a basic contract between them and myself. My contract protects both parties. I am required to complete all the work listed in the scope of work section or return a portion of their money or all of their money if the job never starts after I receive the deposit. It hold them responsible for paying me for the work I have provided. Both parties receive a copy and if anything changes it must be documented and signed and attached to the contract.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with corporate offices all the way down to personal projects.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

I may not be the absolute cheapest option but my customers can verify I do things the right way. Quality is important to me and my helpers. I do not recommend someone who seems like the price is to good to be true. Most of the time the people who do those jobs cut lots of corners and work quickly and sloppy to get done and move on to the next job. I have personally cleaned up a few of those jobs and it ended up costing the customer a lot more money then if they went with a different contractor.

Most of all find someone who provides you with a written contract that protects you from them leaving you with a mess.
