About this pro

We are a state licensed and insured Co so that our customers feel safe and protected. We are artistians not just builders because we take pride in what we build and look at it as art not just a project. It's like the old Merrill Lynch commercial would say" We Earned It". More important, it's a Master Gift. Read Exodus 31: 1-6

As a young boy I was facinated by building projects. While my friends were playing I would spend hours just watching the building process. So I went on to study Architeture and became a builder myself. So building is not a job, "It's an adventure"

I was an Architect Major at LA Harbore. I have been building for over thirty years. I am licesend, Insured and bonded.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

If it's more in the Handy-Man side the price is 80.00 an hour but if the project is going to be more than four hours we will create a bid according to the project specifics in order to keep cost down for the customer.

How did you get started in this business?

As a young boy while my friends were running around and playing I would watch building projects in the neighborhood. When our High School was adding class rooms I would watch the construction progress for as long as I could. I studied Mechanical Drafing in Junior High and was an Architect Major in High School. As soon as I was old enough I stared working onmy own building projects. Worked for the Government building Highway Systems and then obtained my own Contractors license over 35 yers ago

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have built full custom complete homes to small remodels. We like to help everyone we can. That is why we have a Handy-Man side to the Company

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

What are needs and what are wants. Is the project going to increase the value of their home. How long will they be around to enjoy their new project. Will it improve the qaulity of their famalies lifes. And most important, Cost, does the project fit into the budget keeping in mind that most projects increse in cost for various factors.
