Having been the 3rd generation plumbing apprentice to Hap Hayse a commercial plumber and Don Hackett a residential plumber, I thought it really fun to combine the two and that's been our focus for now these 40yrs and spanning 11 states to now Texas for these 32 yrs.

You just have to love a job well done with that detail to correctness.  Come visit our Facebook of jobs in all stages and see what's underground or hidden in the walls to get the finish product you are wanting and peace of mind that it will last.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Find out what the customer is experiencing / describe their problem or issues.

Explain what the causes are and the repair options.

Let them know what those options cost and how they will work : longevity and peice of mind.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Completed apprenticeshp of 4 yrs and manditory 4yr trade colledge. Licensed on multiple states and settled here in Texas / Oklahome these past 32yrs. Master Plumber, Med-Gas certification, Railroad Commision Propane Certified.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

In this volitile economy that we have today, standardized pricing is somewhat dificult.  We have been able to keep our hourly rate steady so those service calls don't escalate to extremes but material can be sketchy and somewhat hard to find.  Our suppliers are fighting tooth and nail for us and our customers to help this from getting out of hand.

Our hourly rate is $95hr for one man and $145 for two. In many cases having the 2 man crew speeds up the process and this helps keep costs to you lower.

How did you get started in this business?

I'd remiss to not say the truth, " I like being able to pay the bills and eat". LOL  But in truth that was something handed dwon by previous generations and I followed.

I was able to take my trade to a higher level and have contributed to the installation standards manual, Nationwide.  So much so that when my dad went on to become a State Inspector in Oregon, he would call me from time to time to ask about specialty plumbing he had never done.  Makes a Son feel proud.
