Hello, my name is Roshawn Adams and I go by “Ro” for short. I am a Garage Door Technician with a professional and consistent experience of 5 years; Sales, Installs and Repairs. Prior to this my occupation was administrative and heavily customer service focused. Due to the delicate nature of that occupation I won’t go into detail here, but definitely feel free to ask if you’re curious!

Anyway the reason I mention this is that even though there’s a stark difference in the two lines of work, the key similarity is that there’s a customer that has a need. In my previous line of work the customer/client could walk through the door owning nothing but the clothes on their back, and me and my team would still make a way to get them what they needed. On the other hand in this line of work, Garage Door Repair, I have everything on hand that I need from the tools, parts, wisdom and expertise to get the job done… but sometimes, in the past, I’ve still had to turn customers away. This was always due to company costs.

As mentioned I am a Professional Garage Door Technician as confirmed and verified by past employers, contractors and customers… and we all know that professional service of any kind does indeed cost.

Long story short while I do actively offer and complete “big” Premium jobs like Custom Full View Glass Garage Doors, Openers equipped with Backup Batteries, Auto LED Lights, Cameras, etc., I know that that’s not what everyone needs nor am I under obligation to push those things.

Im here to fill the gap for the customer that just honestly can’t afford the extra “x”% to fill “company costs”. I know that customers can’t afford to have cheap Garage Door Parts installed that break/go bad in less than half the time either! Rest assured, I have personal relationships with Licensed Garage Door/Parts Distributors all over the DFW in order to make sure that that Never happens.
