We provide modular and manufactured homes to customers seeking higher quality products at affordable prices. We can provide full turn key projects with land developement, home design, installation, trim outs, porches and patios. We have been in business over 45 years.
We work very hard to help customers get the most for their money. Using the efficiency and quality of controlled enviornment construction we can build quicker and for less money. It's exciting when people see a new dimension of home construction that they may have not considered. I can't tell you how many times we hear "I had no idea these were this nice". What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to arrange for a home tour and show folks some of our display homes. We usually have about 20 homes on display in a wide range of sizes and styles. Once we find the layout we begin working with customers to personalize the home they have chosen.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have personally been in the industry for over 25 years. I've worked as owner, manager, sales person and now General Manager for our Oak Creek location.
