What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give an estimate over the phone or in person, then once the work is approved, I complete the job. Once the job is complete, I accept payment in the form of check, cash, credit, or debit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to a vocational high school for 4 years and studied plumbing. I received my plumbing license soon after and have been working in the industry since 2000
