He got us on his schedule quickly, his pricing is competitive and he encourages sticking around to learn more about your home. His report included detailed descriptions, pictures and helpful links and videos so our contractor was able to easily understand what they need to fix and why they were required to fix it. I would strongly recommend Ed for your home inspection needs. We hired him to inspect our newly constructed home and when he arrived, he quickly got to work and checked most every nook and cranny of the house.
Along the way, he made sure to explain the reasoning of what he was checking, why he was checking it, and how it was checking it. Additionally, he answered every question I had to the best of his ability and highlighted what he felt confident addressing and what was outside of his expertise.
After receiving the inspection report, it exhaustively covered all of the items we saw in person and it had additional details and resources for each item. It left me feeling confident in understanding the state of the house and the information he gave us allowed the builder to quickly recognize and address the concerns we had.
