Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First a phone call will be required to asses the type and size of project.
If the project fits our line of work and minimum requirements, we can then schedule an appointment for a site visit and will get back to you promptly with an estimate.
If you accept the cost of the project, we will send an invoice and will require partial payment prior to commencement of work. Installment payments will be divided based on project size and timeline.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No better teacher than experience and Enrique Snr. has 20+ years and Enrique Jr. has 6+ and attending school for construciton managment.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing is based on the type of project and can fall between bundle or unit pricing depending on what all the project encompasses.
How did you get started in this business?
Enrique Snr. began by working for other major construction companies prior to 2000 and once he mastered some of the craft he decided to make his own mark. With time, busniess grew through word of mouth and is now teamed up with his son who grew a curiousity and love for construction.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Our advice is to always speak to multiple contractors/companies before making a decision.
Trust your gut feeling.
And a premuim price can sometimes go a long way.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The internet is a wonderful thing and getting an idea of what other pros do in your situations through youtube or google will give you a clue of what to expect from your project and what it is you should hear from your pro when they go out for a bid.
