Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A shower pan was leaking. It was not visible from the bathroom but showed up as water running down the foundation at the exterior wall. The buyers negotiated repairs in excess of $7,000.00 as a result.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask the inspection company exactly what will be inspected and what will not be inspected. Ask for references and look at online reviews.

What will be inspected? Can I be present for the inspection? How long will the inspection take? How long does it take to schedule an inspection?
